Founded in 1968, our practice focuses on providing efficient and high quality patent prosecution and trademark services to sophisticated international clients.  We also provide patent counseling services to individual inventors and small businesses.  We provide legal services in all technical fields, including semiconductors, wireless communication, digital image processing, display technologies, printers and business machines, medical devices and imaging, scientific and industrial imaging, optical systems, power tools, and construction machinery.  We also provide legal services to clients in chemical and pharmaceutical fields.

Our office is located in the Film Center Building at 630 Ninth Avenue in New York City’s “Hell’s Kitchen” neighborhood, close to Broadway and Times Square.  The Film Center Building was constructed in 1929 and has historically been home to film, theater, and music companies.  The building is listed on the United States National Register of Historic Places, and the building’s Art Deco style lobby has been designated a New York City Landmark.
